Camgirl.Cloud – Cyberspace . Should I use this, what if I do a mistake?
We’ve noticed that some of our registered members encounter difficulties in using all features of our platform.
The most common concern is “what if I screw things up“. Well, Don’t Panic! We have documentations, support forum, human assistance, contact form and other options one can use to get in contact with us asking for help.
Top issues we’ve noticed:
- Custom CGC Pages made public. After designing your custom CGC page, make sure it is publicly accessible and not set up as Draft (by default)
- Headers, images, graphics. All images a user is uploading are hosted in Private Media Library
- Braking a code snippet from owned project. Contact us when this issue occurs. Stop the editing process.
- For registered members with active license in place, support and assistance is part of our global service.
