Pre-designed templates from template gallery come with buttons, graphics or simple plain text and can be transformed in clickable areas, hyperlinks or buttons if the option is available on the sidebar.

Click on element. If the # sign is visible in the right sidebar , you have the option to add a link (external links work too) making the element clickable.
