      Due to the large number of registered members on Camgirl Live Editor, we need to use two forms.

      The Ticket (contact form) available on this page and Assistance form available on this page

      If you visit both pages you will see a difference between the forms which need to be filled out.

      The Contact form must be used for contacting the available departments (website administrator, sales department, web design department).

      Asking for Assistance – using the second form which includes another set of fields — all must be filled out.

      The Assistance form is very important and “case sensitive” — all fields must be completed — otherwise we will disregard any interaction.

      Username field – type YOUR REGISTERED USERNAME with our website . If another username is used which is not in our user database, we will not reply.

      Email field – type YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS used for registering your account with our website. Make sure you didn’t mistyped your email address and your inbox is accepting our emails .

      Fail to do so and our response bounce back… well good luck, you will not receive our assistance.

      Link field – use this field to add the URL of your saved template for which you ask for assistance.

      Fail to provide the link and we  can not assist. Searching and guessing which template is yours is not productive.

      Report Message field – this is where you type your request, please add as many details as possible.

      Printscreen field – for making web page screenshots we’d suggest Nimbus Screenshot & Screen Video Recorder (Chrome Extension) – Visit Chrome Web Store

      Nimbus offers the option to upload your screenshot to Google Drive .

      We ask for printscreen because you might receive an error which can not be replicated on our end and it helps us in our debugging process.
