In order to comply with GDPR EU regulations, Camgirl Live Editor has made significant updates in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy sections which governs our service.
Please note that this updates are applicable to all of Camgirl Live Editor’s registered members.
Because this sections might seam boring and a bit difficult to read, we’ve decided to make it very simple for all of our registered members.
1. Terms of Use
1.1 License. Our service is using SaaS license which unlocks commercial features – commercial features defined as paid subscription.
1.2 Credits. Removing “credits section” from generated and edited template is allowed.
1.3 Refund and Open Disputes. Open dispute from member’s behalf will result in automatic revoke of SaaS license and denied access to all or part of CLE service/website.
1.4 Account deletion. At any time, registered member can request to delete their active account and erase any trace of their activity with our website/service. Please remember that we can not delete/erase member’s activity from other websites (which we do not have administrative rights)
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Data breach. We will inform all our registered members in case of malicious data breach and or data leaks. Time frame, within 72 hours upon administrative notice (when the breach occurred)
2.2 Agreement. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available and accessible on website all the time. All registered members must agree with ToS and Privacy Policy BEFORE using our services (website). In case of non-agree, the member status will be revoked and user should not use this service
2.3 Data collection. Our website is using 3rd party software in order to collect (but not store and save) some data. Browser used, ISP provider, IP address, visited page or section of the website.
Camgirl Live Editor does not save or store sensitive information like credit card numbers or physical address of the registered member.
2.4 Sharing data. On open dispute, Camgirl Live Editor representatives is allowed to provide required data (information, server logs) to 3rd party entities in order to process the dispute. Such data is obtained via browser cookie, 3rd party web security software, server logs and payment processor logs.
