In the past weeks we had to answer a bit over 270 emails with the same inquiry.
The main two questions from our beloved users:
1. Where my saved projects go?
2. It says I am not allowed to save more projectsIndeed we’ve implemented new amazing updates to CGC platform but we’ve already announced them via email notification (if you didn’t got or email, check the spam folder or you’ve probably setup not to receive emails from us… tough luck)
We’ve also posted on front page 2 big boxes and latest forum news for anyone to see and access (free access to info)Also topics on support forum related to those questions.
– where my saved projects are located – right here and again, Click on your Dashboard > Templates > and you’ll see a list of your saved designsI am not allowed to save new projects!
Well, there are three options you can choose from.
1. If there’s no other plan for you to upgrade, you should definitely opt for Studio Plan (recommended)
2. Go for Upgrade. Your current plan has a maximum number of saved projects. Go to Billing Info, click the Bio Profiles (I bet you had no idea there’s content in there) and see your current stats.
3. Delete unused projects and start new ones.
How to delete a saved project?
First go to your Dashboard, our developers made the effort to build one for you, our registered member. It’s a free user dashboard.
So Dashboard > Templates > listed projects.
All available saved designs from your Dashboard have three nice buttons for quick actions Edit, View and Delete
Indeed, those 3 buttons do something… and Delete one is actually deleting your saved project… problem solved… now you have additional space for a new saved design.Bottom line, we didn’t added a support forum for CGC team to play, the support forum community is and should be a source of finding informations related to any type of inquires , solving issues, interaction between CGC and registered members. So use it, because there are 16k registered members registered and we need to filter emails for Sales department, development department, web design department, media department and of course the Support and Assistance. It’s a huge effort for us to be available and respond to all those emails and sort out priorities, reason for which this forum is publicly accessible.
Unless the support forum or FAQ page is not offering a solution (or answer to your question/s), feel free to contact us. If there’s a topic on support forum which offers the answer, we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Dan N – web design department
