After creating your web page you must assign it and make it public accessible.
Navigate to Domains & URLs tab as showed in Access Hosted documentation.
Domains and Subdomains
In this section you can manage your domains. Create a new subdomain, connect an existing domain or remove one.
Navigate to Urls & Pages tab (left-sidebar) and your new saved web page is visible

Assign Urls to Hosted pages – from the drop-down box select the subdomain or domain name (if applicable) and click ASSIGN button.
Navigate to your URL and view your saved web page online.
