After installing the Chaturbate code, the page shows the markup.

After you’ve done all editing to your design and paste the generated code into About Me section of your Chaturbate Bio, upon saving, the page shows only the markup.

This particular issue might occur in this situations:

      1. Your account must be active and verified by Chaturbate service.

      2. Chaturbate is currently implementing some upgrades to their platform.

      3. The installed markup is not properly formatted.

To test you can add a simpler markup and see if it renders well.

      For example:

      <p style="color:red;">Hello world</p>

Add the above code in your About Me section (the box from Chaturbate). Click the Save button.

If you see the markup as it is posted above, it means Your account must be Verified by Chaturbate or Chaturbate is implementing some updates (you should wait a few hours or contact support)

After adding the markup above and save; if you see Hello world text in red color contact us. There might be issues from our end and we’ll look into this as soon as possible.

My account on chaturbate is verified and the code for my one bio was working fine then all of the sudden it stopped working, I’ve contacted chaturbate customer support and they’ve said there’s nothing wrong with my account on there end. I was just wondering if you can let me know if there is anything wrong on your end? As I just paid for my account a few days ago.

Tested both of your saved projects and both of them work fine.

Try testing with simpler markup code
      <p style="color:red">This should be red text</p>

Copy/paste the markup above in your Chaturbate About Me box and save, it should render the text in red color. If you don’t see it red and it is showing the plain text, your account is not accepting HTML tags.

Good afternoon, I have such a problem, after I upload my photos to the template, they are displayed and everything is fine, but after I copy the code and paste it on the chaturbate website my photos disappear, what could it be?

Hi BST, did you tried to test if simple markup code is allowed to your Chaturbate account in your bio?
Try the above suggestion, add a very simple HTML markup and save, if Chaturbate renders the output markup as formatted text is ok, if not (and you see the plain markup after saving) you’ll need to contact support chaturbate staff and ask to verify your account or ask to review what’s wrong with your account.
Usually when this particular issue occur is related to Chaturbate account not being fully verified

Try testing with simpler markup code
      <p style="color:red">This should be red text</p>

After saving, I see just red text where it says “This should be red text”.

Tested both of your saved projects and both of them are rendering ok.
On the second design the header image is missing but the other elements are rendering ok.
Make sure your CB account is verified.

That is why it is missing? it should be there, I uploaded my photo there! My account is definitely valid, what else could it be connected with?

Can the size of the photo that I upload or the serviceability of the hosting that I use affect this?

       Dan N

size of the image could be an issue as there’s a max size impose by some servers (don’t ask me what is the max size because I don’t have that info, dev department should know)
Anyway, as I’ve mentioned above, I did tested tory and the other design saved and both of them are rendering.
Also sent an email for desktop remote assistance.
