At the start my images would load fine, now they’re coming up with a blue question mark. Incredibly frustrating since I’ve paid for this :(

You should take into consideration our suggestions regarding device and browser compatibility.

I’ve followed all the different instructions to try and rectify the situation but what’s happening is my image will appear on the editor, but it doesn’t update in the css or HTML so when I go to ‘view’ where my image shows on the editor, it’s just blank space

I’ve even downloaded chrome and used incognito mode as suggested :(

I’ve sent your message to dev department for further investigation.

Something went wrong when uploading your image and the editor cannot detect the size of the image in your current project because the url is broken.

I suggest you to start from beginning using a Chrome session and when you upload a new image you should see a message in the HTML output area bellow saying “Uploading Image…”.

You should wait until this message is replaced by the full HTML code. It means that the system is uploading your image from Browser to Cloud and sometimes it can take time if the image is big or if due to network issues.

That is why the first image is so fast because it is still inside your Browser with a url starting with https://blob:…. You need to wait until this url is replaced by the Cloud url.

We have made this process Asynchronous for you to be able to keep editing text or other images will the queue of images is being processed.

Please give it a try and let me know how it works for you.

      Regards,
      Raphael

Here comes a simple debugging procedure if you face the same issue:

1 – try to login from a Chrome session,
      2 – change an image
3 – wait after the cropping window goes away and see if the url of the image starting with blob:… is replaced by https://….
      4 – save
5 – edit your bio profile and check it

If this is not working for you we can arrange a remote session for debugging just contact us.
