    As suggested by the Install Instructions topic, in order for the design to render (show) correctly, both the HTML and the CSS markup codes must be installed and saved.

    If for some reason you can’t see the design, even if you’ve installed both codes, make sure that About Me section (available on Edit Profile page) is not set to hidden.

    About Me section is set to Visible sections

      @roxy26t … when uploading new images and changing default ones, make sure you don’t get excited and wait a few seconds for the server to deliver the correct url… in your case, instead of https://… the URL image there were blob: This means you’ve saved your design quickly and server didn’t had sufficient time to properly populate the hosted image.
      Fixed.

    I have looked at all the posts here, followed all the instructions, yet this isn’t working. The template shows but it’s all jacked up. You can see HTML and the wrong formatting everywhere. Help! I will seriously want my money back if we can’t resolve this.

      Hi, can you contact us with more details and link to the project are you working on, the design with markup issues.
      Because from your topic I don’t understand if the wrong formatting occurs in Editor (editing mode) or after installing the markup code.

    Okay first off, thank you. Second, please be mindful of how you speak to your customers. I’ve been in the software industry for a long time yet this was not intuitive. Please don’t speak to me or act in a condescending fashion. Clearly I’ve been frustrated by the poor UI and the fact that I’ve been paying for something I haven’t been able to use. Speaking to me like I’m dumb won’t make me have more faith in you, your product, or your company. Thanks.

      Hello Domgoddessfreya,

      Thanks for your feedback. Dan forwarded the issue to us (dev team) a week ago and we have updated the software to prevent the “pclass” error.

      Could you please try again and let me know if it works for you now? The old project might be corrupted by the previous version, if so, please start over with a new template or let us know if you want the actual template to be manually fixed by a designer.

      We really hope that this upgrade will improve your experience, once again thank you for helping us improving the service.
