Seller feature is a premium service, which means that it can be enabled only for CGC members with valid and active subscription

Seller

• can choose to use or not to use this feature
• has options to set up image, description and price values along with gateway service (prefered payment method)
• has full control over the product available for sale
• it is responsible for delivering the purchased product or service to the buyer
• it is morally obligated to answer and/or communicate with buyer if necessary

Buyer

• can choose to or not to purchase items, products or services
• must contact the Seller if they have concerns, questions or suggestions

Camgirl.Cloud

• can not be held responsible for any content posted or uploaded for selling
• can not be held responsible for any monetary or data loss
• upon request/report with additional copyright proof we are obligated to remove any or all content posted by Seller

Please note that Camgirl.Cloud does not process payments but only offers options as payment methods selected by Seller.
Reason for which open disputes, escalations and refund requests are not processed by Camgirl.Cloud staff.
In special situations, upon request we can mediate between parties involved (Seller and Buyer) as objective and fair as we can but without any guarantees.
