Rules of the overlay:
- Tips bellow 50 trigger a small Teddy
- Tips above 50 trigger a big Teddy
- The animation last 3 seconds
- Multiple tippers can be shown at once
- The animation triggered by one tipper needs to be finish before showing the same tipper again
