      Overlay implementation with OBS

OBS is a free downloadable software which allows recording, editing and live streaming directly from user’s device. The overlay is a piece of content (image, text, web page) displayed on top of a live stream scene.

Yes, available overlays from our Gallery are compatible with OBS because our resources can be used as Browser source.
      After Editing process:

      1. Copy your personal Overlay URL from the project settings page
      2. Open OBS, click the + button/icon from Sources manager window
      3. Select the Browser option from the available options panel
      4. Make sure Local file checkbox is unchecked and paste your unique URL in the URL field
      5. Set up the width and height of the overlay (it depends on your screen resolution)
      6. Select the Refresh checkbox
      7. (optional) Tweak the position of the installed overlay by dragging the red lines or corners
      8. Use the overlay Controller to trigger actions and editing option manually

It depends on the overlay type.
If it is a trigger by tip overlay, you won’t see anything until someone tips.
        Have you tried the Controller?
With your mobile device, scan the QR code and you’ll have access to Controller on mobile device, once you do that (again, depending on what type of overlay are you using) you can edit/interact with overlay’s content even in OBS or SplitCam Software .
        (quick access https://camgirl.cloud/dashboard/?list=stream-overlay)
Let me know what overlay you use to make sure it is not an issue from our side.

Your timer overlays need some work. The overlays will consistently freeze. I could just use the in-app solo on Chaturbate but I wanted something with more fluid design. It kind of defeats of the purpose of paying for a subscription if you guys aren’t continually working on and supporting it.

        Thanks for the feedback.

The timer animation should start when you click “Edit” via the controller.

It is not suppose to start when you load/switch the OL.

Is it working for you outside OBS in a Chrome Tab for example? or is it frozen in both?

Yes I have it open in chrome as well but I’m getting it timing out at the full timer mark. OBS refers to what is shown in the browser as that is the instructions to the use of your animations and overlays. The only time it works is when you’re editing the overlay via the main edit menu, but after you’ve saved the overlay the timer won’t go in the browser or OBS. I would suggest you guys fix these kind of issues or lower the sub price since you’re not really working on these issues and putting blame on users instead of actually making it more user friendly. I mean I can make my own overlays too it’s just the paid convenience.
