      Subscription based payments means that each month the payment processor is charging your credit automatically.

      This is the method allowing subscriber to cancel the automated payment process directly from their own account

      1. My Profile – you can see your avatar in the top-right corner of your screen, next to search icon

      2. Click on your avatar, and a drop-down menu will display multiple links, click on Billing Info

      Edit Settings

      3. Once you are on Billing Info page, you will see all sections with stats and below, the current license.
      4. Scroll down until you see the License & Payment section.
      In this section related data is accessible for your account.

      A red button named cancel is visible, if you click on it, the automatic charge of your credit card will stop and you forfeit the active license (termination of license)

      In the situation where you don’t see the red button to automatically cancel your license, means that your active license already expired.

      To renew a license just go to the plans page and click renew button.

        Hello Rory,

        We have handled the cancellation of your subscription for you.

        If you have any trouble accessing your profile settings in the future it might be because your session expired.

        Please try to logout/login and let us know if this works for you.

      If I were to purchase a month subscription, design a profile setup that I like, and later cancel before renewal would I be allowed to keep my design?

        Hello Tatianna44,

        If you subscribe and later cancel the subscription you can keep the code but your contents (images, backgrounds…) will no longer be hosted in Camgirl Cloud which might break the design.

        To keep the design you will have to host the contents somewhere and replace the urls inside the HTML code.

        Your subscription will cancel at the end of the period and you will no longer be charged after that.

        Only active subscriptions can be cancelled. (already mentioned in the first topic of this board)

        More in-depth / techy info: Once a subscription is not paid or multiple failed payments are made, the automated system is denying access to this section in order to prevent multi-payments (made by user for the same license by mistake) and/or fraud attempts.

        The contact page has the option to contact sales department.
        Human assistance is able to investigate, find a solution and reply better than a bot or automated system which implements the first security measure (basically denies access to any sensitive data).

        On our platform we’ve implemented such security system because in the past we’ve encountered situations when a performer was using the credit card credentials provided by a fan…
        Obviously issues arise from such actions and we do not encourage this type of activity.
        In the above context, we’ve created a new section on secure environment named Sponsorship Program

      I cancelled in December of 2018 but I am still being charged $30 TWICE a month. There is no red button because I cancelled so I guess no red button means I can’t cancel twice? Help!

        Thanks for reporting this issue.

        Indeed there is duplicated charges.

        Right now your subscription is totally canceled.

        We have refunded you February in full ( $30 ) and another $30 credit was added to your account.

        Please check your mail box.

        You subscription was canceled with immediate effect and a refund was made on your account.

        You should see the amount minus gateway fees in your bank statement in 5-10 days.

      Hi,
      I already have an account under a different email and do not need to pay for the same service twice. I accidentally made this second account and would like to cancel my subscription and hopefully get refunded for the bill as I was not able to use it and as I said do not need it.

        Hi, sometimes accidents do happen … maybe not so elaborate as registering a new account which involves multiple user-steps to complete the registration process but let’s go with your word.
        Any inquiries related to commercial aspect of our service are to be sent to Sales department.
        Don’t forget to mention both accounts, and the one you want to be deleted.
        Please review our FAQ and ToS regarding multiple accounts (not allowed).

      Note: avoid using Safari browser… already mentioned why in support forum

      Same suggestion to all users who use Safari with our website. Safari does not work properly with Editor tool.
      Or vice-versa our tool is not developed to be compatible with Safari browser

      Ok, so both license and pending invoice are canceled now.

      Do you want me to remove the Junk or Porn account from CGC?

      By removing the account you will remove your profile and all data hosted by CGC.
