We receive messages asking this question (among others) and I think it will be good and transparent from Camgirl Live Editor to reply in the public forum .

1. Can I use the installed template on my page after my subscription period is ending?

Yes, the template installed on your profile page or bio page is yours as long as you don’t want to use it anymore. At the end of your subscription period your access is restricted to use the Editor and related resources.

We strongly suggest to make a backup of your design and save it on your pc/laptop (code and images).

After your decision to terminate the subscription, your license will be revoked and we can not provide assistance and resources for image hosting as Camgirl Cloud is not a hosting company in classic definition. We host images as part of your edited design.

2. Can I choose to end my subscription after the first month?

Of course, you are not obligated in any way to continue using our services or online tools (and resources) if you don’t want to.

3. My template will work after I cancel my subscription?

No, because you have decided to cancel your subscription we see no reason for us to provide you with free hosting of your graphics. Create a backup of your design(s) and save it on your device (pc/laptop)… both, code and graphics.

4. Can I subscribe again if I canceled my previous subscription?

Yes, same steps.

5. Is it possible to cancel my subscription after 1 day?

Yes, you can submit your request to cancel your subscription (or click the red button) but we can not make full refunds (transaction fees) due to the digital nature of our service. Sales department is canceling the current subscription plan which will stop charging automatically and you still have access to the Plan’s range until the time period ends.

Tip: How to create a backup of your saved design.

If you decide to terminate your subscription and revoke the access to Editor’s functionality and resources, make sure you save a backup of your project(s).

Camgirl Live Editor is not a classic hosting platform, reason for which you will need to save all your images and replace them manually in the markup source code of your project.

Before submitting your request to unsubscribe or manually cancel your active subscription from your dashboard, save your project.

Backup the markup code.

1. Go to your saved template(s) and click the blue button from the markup box in order to copy the code

2. Create a new text document on your pc/laptop, paste your markup code there

3. Save the text document

Note: for MyFreeCams templates you will have to save both the CSS and HTML markup codes.

Backup the graphic elements / images

1. You can use the editor to find the source url of the image, right-click open image in new tab – click Save image on your pc/laptop

After you are done with saving all resources (markup code and graphics) you will need to upload online your downloaded images on another host.

Copy the image URL full path and replace it in the source code (your saved text file(s) which holds the markup code(s) )

Save and test your self-hosted project.
